Salad Days

Shakespeare's Cleopatra, reminded by her maid of her youthful love affair with Julius Caesar, says, 'My salad days when I was green in judgement, cold in blood, to say as I said then!' On the other hand, salad days can be enjoyable and need never be time wasted!
